This Preliminary Information Form pertains to the sale and delivery of the product(s) listed below, including their features and prices, to the BUYER by the SELLER, under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188).
By accepting this preliminary information form, the BUYER acknowledges in advance that, if the order is confirmed, they are obliged to pay the order amount along with any applicable additional fees such as shipping and taxes.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS
6.1. BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood the product specifications, price, payment, and delivery information as published on the SELLER’s website and provided confirmation electronically.
6.2. Products are delivered within a legal period of 30 days, depending on the delivery location, as indicated on the website. If delivery fails within this period, the BUYER has the right to terminate the contract.
6.3. SELLER undertakes to deliver the ordered product(s) in full, in line with the description, and along with all relevant documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals.
6.4. SELLER may, with the BUYER’s explicit consent, supply an equivalent product of the same quality and price.
6.5. If fulfillment becomes impossible, SELLER shall notify the BUYER in writing within 3 days and refund the full amount within 14 days.
6.6. If the product price is not paid or is canceled from bank records, SELLER is not obliged to deliver the product.
6.7. If the BUYER's card is used unlawfully by third parties, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days at SELLER’s expense.
6.8. In case of force majeure, SELLER shall inform the BUYER and may delay or cancel delivery. If canceled, the payment will be refunded within 14 days, and the BUYER cannot hold SELLER responsible for delays in bank processing.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1. BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without any legal or penal liability.
8.2. Withdrawal requires written notice within 14 days via registered mail, fax, or email and is subject to the product being unused and compliant with exceptions for withdrawal.
8.2.1. The product’s original invoice (for corporate purchases, a return invoice is mandatory)

8.2.4. SELLER must refund all payments and cancel all BUYER obligations within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and must collect the returned goods within 20 days
8.2.5. If the product is damaged or its value reduced due to BUYER's fault, the BUYER must compensate the SELLER accordingly.
